It's one thing to suffer a loss because of poor decision making. Quite another when you have taken the necessary steps to be a better person only to be caught in a twisted finish of fate. The one thought that went through my mind was, 'What if that were Tiger?'
It's a long way until April 4th. There will be more trades and more shuffles. From where I sit Christmas came early to the Mariners. It will soon be feeling like 1995 and 2000 all over again...

Just like baseball, what is great about you is that you aren't any one thing but rather many things. You are who you are, but what you represent goes far deeper. Hope for the less fortunate, a symbol for the holiday, a litmus test for the moral fiber one should strive for in life, and most importantly, you keep beards and long hair for the elderly kind of cool.
Most bar patrons have severe misconceptions about the actual lives of bartenders; who we are; what we do, and why we do it. Also, remember that the interaction between bartender and customer is a delicate one; it's both an economic and a social relationship that has stood the test of time.
