    Halfway Point of the Year!

    Watching Sammy Sosa reach the 600 mark was awesome. Seeing Craig Biggio near 3,000 was memorable. Witnessing Frank Thomas and Biggio reach 3,000 and 500 on the same day was epic! To hear media pundits and beat writers proclaim that 500 homers is no longer Hall Of Fame worthy is pure bulls&^t!

    Getting What You Pay For!

    Back when the Internet was first being hatched and AOL was your only option I was very into the techno side of things. Over time I became frustrated that after getting up to speed there was something newer, bigger, better, and badder. Now with the birth of the I-Phone, I saw something that made me laugh.

    Biggio Nears the Club!

    It was also a thrill to be able to say that I was maybe one or two games short of history. Craig Biggio the last of a dying breed of loyalty to one team closes in on 3,000 hits. He had three on this night, including the game winner in a 12-9 victory. He leaves Arlington with 2,996. That's good enough for me!

    Kudos Chicago.

    Today marks the longest day of the calendar year as well as marking the first day of summer. How appropriate that this day shall be spent watching a ballclub well associated with day baseball here in Arlington-The Chicago Cubs.
