Adding to this intrigue is the forever amazing manner the ball takes weird bounces for the Mavericks when the opponent here or in their home is the Toronto Raptors. I still remember the 24 point comeback Dallas employed on those Fossil Fools back in 2008 for a win. I even remember an embarrassing loss to them by 13 one year ago. You even had a 22 point loss there in 2009.
This thought went through my head as I was enjoying some matinee hockey yesterday in Dallas. Lucky is the man who gets to do what he does and to do so with such aplomb. Buffeted by a young man who is nothing more than 'larcenous' is an added bonus
One thing I do find funny. Friends or not, once a game starts, the competitive fires burn within. You sometimes observe a lot by watching your coworkers outside of the job entails. It also might explain why the chemistry works.

The last couple of days I have found myself daydreaming. This Friday the 18th will mark ten years I have resided on Texas soil. The very day that Dale Earnhart Sr. died at Daytona. In some ways the last ten years have been a blur. In other ways this has been a very memorable decade in Lone Star country.
