    Double The Thrills and Surprises!

    You've heard me talk about going to Frisco to watch the Roughriders play in the spring and summer. 'Tomorrow's Rangers Playing Today'. Allow me to also use that same form of thought with the developmental league of the Texas Legends. Think of it as a mini-me AAC environment with all the perks of experienced coaches and players on the rise. Even players trying to re-establish themselves back to the pros.

    Number 5 Alive!

    One of the few games where points were scored each quarter. Upon completion this game you saw the same look of relief on Steve Young's face as you did Tom Landry in 1972. NO LONGER would Steve Young be in the shadow of Joe Montana. How great a gig was it to play quarterback by the Bay in 1994? Steve Bono was your 3rd stringer making a million a year just to track plays and watch greatness close up.

    And They Shuffled On Through!

    The Chicago Bears were a dominant ferocious team in 1985. 15-1 record with their lone loss on a Monday Night in Miami 38-24. What most fans will recall is the manner in which the Bears decimated the Falcons 36-0, Dallas 44-0, the Rams 24-0 and the Giants 21-0. The defense was DEADLY courtesy of a play devised on behalf of Doug Plank, the 46. Constant blitzing and constant hurries of an opponent's quarterback. Richard Dent, Otis Wilson, Gary Fencik anchored the Buddy Ryan led defense.
