    End To A Forgetful Month!

    Once again the dreaded red card and having to play 1 man short the rest of the game. Six red cards in 2014 after 15 matches. 1 shy of matching the all-time number of red cards in a season-2008. Four of them have happened in the first half.

    A Month Of Solid Pitching!

    Prior to that a week of wins made for a very fun atmosphere in the clubhouse with the players and coaching staff. Consider that since May 11th the Astros have won 13 of 19 ballgames. Third best in the American League and best record in the A.L. West.

    Even though I was privy to watching the Vaqueros fall 2-0 to Dallas City FC on May 29th everything about the birth, growth, development, and approach to this program made sense. June 20th will be their next home game mere hours after USA plays in a World Cup match.

    Church Is Now In Session!

    Barry Church was your winner as he raised nearly 20 percent of the proceeds for the Salvation Army. Even still after each batter hit they took time to talk to the media about the event. Of course the discussion came to Sean Lee being gone for the season in all likelihood.
