    Friday Night Brights...

Happy Friday to you. By now you are no doubt fully immersed in the whole aura and scene of the yearly event called the Byron Nelson. Mind you there are ALOT of different things to be keeping your eye on if you are the casual fan. Finding a ticket is one thing. Deciding whether or not you wish to seek Pavilion pass or just walk the course. Not an easy decision if you are playing in 90 degree heat.

This week marks my first time in four years I am choosing to work the event nearby compared to watching. I have had my fill of watching the fashion show that is Dallas Texas. You will instantly differentiate between  lizard lounge and classy gal. refer to thr enclosed picture (smile).

Even funnier to watch are the heavy set executive corporate types who really think they have a chance with said gal once alcohol is added.

Make no mistake...The drinking for most people this day began at 11 am and will continue throughout the course of the day. Along the circumference of the Golf Course at Four Seasons you will find a boatload of great parties going on.

Likewise along restaurant row on MacArthur. An even bigger story potentially is the fate of a 16 year old from Dallas Jesuit. Can you imagine being a part of his team and getting the afternoon off to cheer on a friend/teammate? That's better than any senior ditch day I enjoyed as a lad...

Grey Goose and Red Bull along with the Strawberry Mojito continue to be the rage inside the River. I can't explain it but the people who go Mojito are smoking hot. I have no problem selling that all day. Sorry bartenders...just saying.

There is also Taste of Addison, Da Cubs, and performer Pat Green doing his thing inside the Pavilion later this day. This is what May in North Texas is like. Decisions about where you want to be and where to be seen. Lots of good sightseeing this week wherever you go.

Yes, I caught a Ranger game on Wednesday and yes the Rangers won a tight ballgame 4-3 on a sac fly by Nelson Cruz. Yes the Rangers are playing GREAT baseball at home in Arlington. One of the best home records in baseball is to be respected. It's early so I won't get too excited and worked up.

I wish the Rangers and the fans well. My interests lie elsewhere these days. Until the ownership gets specific and not remain muddled and in the air, I am staying away. Let the bandwagoners hop aboard and be on until the July collapse. My friend Bob calls my mind set a form of 'transitioning'. Amen to that.

Be safe this weekend and DESIGNATE A DRIVER if you partake. Especially anywhere near Irving/Las Colinas.

    Have a great weekend.

Over and out in Big D.

    Mr. Will

It’s a film called Hungry for You and it’s in pre-production now. I play the lead vampire. I didn’t want to be a vampire but was forced into it so I’m struggling with my vampire powers and not wanting to turn the girl I love into a vampire. The script is really great and has a wonderful storyline. It’s been fun. The creator, Linda Andersson, has a really cool comic strip of Hungry for You that she is going to release soon. It’s sort of a teaser and a way to start the marketing for the project in a bigger level.
