Hello Summer!

It doesn't seem right the longest day of the year is the first day of the vernal equinox. Lord knows if I were in Seattle it might still be light out as it stays light late in the great NW. Great time to go golf there I might add.

Reports that some 45,000 teenyboppers braved the heat and humidity for a glimpse of the Jonas Brothers at the new Cowboy Stadium. Talk about a clusterfudge of traffic tieups! Randol Mill was reduced to one lane. I can only imagine what things will look like on game days with the Cowboys. 

Had a security guard tell me how parking at WalMart works. You have only 1/3 of access to park there as an actual shopper. If you park it and you go across the street, you WILL get towed! 15 people found that out the hard way.

Parking was another manner of you like pizza. Cici's gave you a free pizza if you spent 60 dollars to park in their parking lot. I am told Cici's filled up and sold out fast.

Lastly I learned that you cannot sell merchandise within 5 miles of the new Cowboy Stadium. Here's what I can't figure out. Jerry Jones and the founders of Walmart have Arkansas ties. Im surprised they are not working together! 

The shrieks ended at 11 pm, and then I realized a new season had commenced. Heellloooo Summer!
