    Uncle Buck's in 1st!

    If life truly begins at 50, then I have eight good years left. On the other hand my boy Buck Showalter turns 50 today as well as my old boss Roger Brewin up Seattle way. Happy Birthday boys!

    Thanks for reminding me of what is to be in life! I am going to remember this day as the day that the Mavericks play for the right to go to the Finals and the day the Texas Rangers had first place all to themselves....
