Pure Greystrokes!

It was five years ago (new to Texas) that I met an individual who keeps me on her guest list for special events. 22 years of networking and hospitality, Jennifer Grey has always been gracious to yours truly. Tonight I was invited to the Main Street Blues Room. It was after I left that I learned it was owned by Monika and Juan Guzman.

To say that I was catered to like a family member is an understatement! Drinks and appetizers were provided in the VIP room (No worries Mom, I only drank Coke) while an energetic 3 piece blues band, The Cedrics, pumped up the groove in the main bar. The wine selection was impressive, a full bar also available, and I am told the steaks are off the chain! I felt very comfortable here as a first timer!

I also knew I was in good hands when recognizing my server, Chris, as a former coworker. Chris informed me that Friday night is the night to come out and have fun. Since I don't smoke or drink, I can't enjoy that luxury, but y'all can! SPECIAL THANKS to the Reynoso's, Larry and Martha, The Guzman's, and Lady Libra J-Gray for the holiday invite.
