Trying to remember the last time a team with a bye benefited as much as the Cowboys did. Remember that 1 week ago fans were calling for Tony Romo's head and job after a lackluster second half to the Lions. Sunday I watch Eli Manning and Michael Vick combine for SEVEN interceptions in subsequent losses in New Jersey and in Buffalo.
The tributes and the stories will come in droves in the days to come for Al Davis. He may have worn some crazy jump suits on the sidelines, he may have reveled in his maverick role. Of all the match ups I see for Week 5 there are quite a few trap games I would not touch, beginning with the Saints at Carolina.
