One time during a watching party I discovered this person went to a high school in Northern Illinois. I knew the nickname for said school was the Trevians. I knew that Rock Hudson and Ann Margaret were Trevians. It was then that I learned this person once dated Ann Margaret. I’m sure it also helped that this former Trevian shares a birthday with Jason Terry.
In the early 70's doubleheaders were as common as the sight of the 'Have A Nice Day' smiley face. I recall one time in 1976 I watched a day/night doubleheader at Fenway Park. Apparently Tom Yawkey needed that extra income while kicking out fans from the first game and having a new set of fans arrive for a nightcap hours later. Boo-Hiss to that idea. Doubleheaders in my younger days were as common as Mom's Apple Pie.
