Soon To Be Heard!

In the last year I have been lucky to run into or reunite with people with whom I have not seen in a while. Look nor further than this page for starters after a 2 year absence. Suffice to say that the General is alive and well. Yours truly now regains his bearings and re-energize for what will undoubtedly be a fun frenetic final third of 2012 year. With an added kickstart from a few buddies I might add.

1 year ago I finally made the splash to get myself HDTV friendly. I was warned that once comfortable I may never get out of the cubicle I call the Mancave. There is something to be said about watching events on TV opposed to live.

For many years I attended sports when it wasn’t fashionable to do so (IE-The Yankees and Red Sox weren’t in town). That has changed. 1 Ranger game in person. Down from 75 a year for 6 years! Let’s see how the fall goes. Stars and Mavericks are a different ball of wax completely. Theirs is a place to be seen…usually in Platinum…

Now comes a new trend I was turned onto by friend Sonny Clark. Imagine yourself watching a given sporting event on your TV and computer and you are enjoying the action but not necessarily the commentary. Think you can do a better job announcing the action? Now you can do so!

Sonny told me about this location a few weeks back. Now having finally signed on it will be a hoot to go back to a place where 20 years ago I did this for enjoyment and a night out. A way to promote yourself, your site, your blog, your loves, your knowledge, perspectives, and personality. Something I was once able to do back in my days in Seattle. Wa. Likewise in the early 90′s in Tustin, Ca.

I won’t promise perfection initially. It’s been said once you’ve done something you love, it’s like riding the bicycle. Once on it all comes back. I am so looking forward to this! They say things happen for a reason.
