Clouds of Anger
Hello and Happy Tuesday.
I preface the following by stating that a test is being placed before me. No different than you deal with in everyday travails. The issue of importance and prioritizing and the like. There is a sense of frustration with an ability to somehow balance allotted time to blog, photograph, report, podcast, and interview.
It's as if I can two of three well while one area of work shall suffer or become neglected. It used to be this website would get the full treatment daily. With so many avenues of information/networking daily maintenance is now an impossibility. Will try to configure out ways to be better about providing a daily update for personal reasons. Friday M.O.N. turns 11 years old. Another overhaul is due and I do mean major!
Weather is going to be the story this day in North Texas. How ironic as it was 38 years ago today that 'Super Outbreak' unleashed a fury of bad weather throughout the midwest and parts of the southeast. I still remember the show and tell report I had to give as a ten year old for Mr. McLaren in 4th grade class in Northern New Jersey. Many a death and Xenia, Ohio forever etched in memory.
All of the elements are in place for some crazy weather today in North Texas. I can handle anything short of hail damage. I remember seeing what happened to vehicles last May 24th as the Byron Nelson was about to swing into high gear locally.
Lots of excitement and anticipation as the Masters is about to commence. I like Luke Donald to represent and possibly win the tournament outright.
Baseball is just about back. Miami, Florida will open a new stadium tomorrow night when the Cardinals and Marlins christen a new stadium. A great time of the year to be sure.
For the 1st time in over a decade I will not be attending Opening Day in Arlington, Texas due to work requirements. Thankfully, I will get to enjoy lots of baseball from a minor league prospectus with the Air Hogs and Roughriders. Courtesy of Alex Vispoli and Karen Lucchesi the trips to Frisco and Grand Prairie will be plentiful and often. So glad baseball is back!
As the week winds down my travels will take me to Frisco, Allen, Grand Prairie, and North Richland Hills for hockey, soccer, and another round of golf with John and Jesse. That can't happen soon enough.
Big changes lying ahead with my right handed man in Philly, the Artful One. Stay tuned! Enjoying being on air with Mr. Clear on Thursdays 4-5CST.
Make it a great day. Stay safe North Texas!
Over and out in Big D.
Mr. Will
